Ironclad Designs

At Ironclad Designs, all products are produced in limited runs or custom manufactured. Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

Ironclad Designs does not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including both custom and non-custom items.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders

All custom challenge coin projects and design work are final sale.

Customers will receive a design proof before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve the design. Once the proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Production Errors or Defects

If an order arrives with a manufacturing defect or a mistake caused by the Ironclad Designs team, we will work to resolve the issue.

Examples include:

• The final product does not match the approved design proof

• A manufacturing defect affecting the coin

• An error made by the Ironclad Designs design team

If this occurs, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, Ironclad Designs may offer a replacement or correction of the product if the issue is verified.

Production Variations

Due to the nature of challenge coin manufacturing, minor variations in enamel color, metal finish, or small details may occur during production. These are considered normal manufacturing variations and do not qualify as defects.
